My Sheep
Hear My Voice- Rev. 13:1
Before
Jesus was crucified He told the disciples to watch and pray,
something so simple, but they let their physical bodies take over and
they fell back asleep. In these last hours of time you need to hear
His voice. When He tells you something, it is very important, but
most ignore my voice or just discuss it and go on with what they were
doing. You will see many things start to happen shortly and if you do
not hear and obey His voice,... it will mean death for some of
you....Jesus has only your best interest in mind. Christ knows you
heart, and if you are truly His you will hear His voice. He awakes
many of you at 3am on the dot, but most will roll over and go back to
sleep. There are a few who will get up and pray. Your day is filled
with so many things and Jesus is the last thing many of you give your
time to. But Christ needs to talk to you,... to fellowship with you
and only when you are still and quite (3am) can you hear Him,... the
rest of your day is so busy you do not have time for Him,... but you
need to make time, for time is short and the Lord has instructions
for you.
The
Beast Out of the Sea
The
First Beast
"And
I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the
sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns,
and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. Rev. 13:1
I,
John saw these things (Rev. 22:8). The pronoun "I" is found
165 times in Revelation All together personal pronouns are used in
Rev. 2:1-29,074 times.
of
the sea...
The Mediterranean Sea, because the nations under Antichrist surround
it on 3 sides. Sea represents peoples in symbolic passages (Rev.
13:1; 17:1, 17:15; Dan. 7:2-3, 7:17).
beast
rise up...
Twenty facts about the first beast of Rev. 13:1-18:
1.
He will be a man (Rev. 13:18).
2.
He will rise out of the sea of humanity (Rev. 13:1; Dan. 7:24; 9:27;
11:36-45).
3.
He will become ruler of the territory of the 7 kingdoms symbolized by
the 7 heads (Rev. 13:1; 17:8-17).
4.
He will become ruler of the 10 kingdoms that are yet to be formed
inside the old Roman Empire territory (Rev. 13:1; 17:8-17; Dan.
7:23-24).
5.
He will be a blasphemer (Rev. 13:1, 13:5; 17:3).
6.
He will revive the old Grecian Empire. The beast is like a leopard,
which, in the book of Daniel, symbolizes the Grecian Empire (Dan.
7:6; 8:20-23; Rev. 17:8-17).
7.
He will also have characteristics of Medo-Persia (the bear, Rev.
13:3; Dan. 7:5) and Babylon (the lion, Rev. 13:3; Dan. 7:4).
8.
He will receive his power, throne, and great authority from Satan
(Rev. 13:2; 16:13-16; 2Th. 2:8-12; Dan. 8:24-25; 11:38-39).
9.
He will not be assassinated and resurrected from the dead, as taught
by some. It is one of the heads on the beast that is wounded to death
and is healed, not the beast itself (Rev. 13:3). Therefore, all the
theories of Antichrist being a resurrected man, a reincarnation of
some historic man, an incarnation of the devil, etc., are false.
10.
He will have all the world wondering after him (Rev. 13:2-4,
13:8-18).
11.
He will be an object of worship (Rev. 13:4, 13:14-18; 14:9-11; 15:2;
16:2; 20:4-6).
12.
He will be a supernaturally gifted orator (Rev. 13:5-6; Dan. 7:8,
7:11, 7:20, 7:25; 8:23; 11:36).
13.
He will be given power and success for 42 months (Rev. 13:4; 11:1-3;
12:6, 12:14; Dan. 7:25; 12:7).
14.
He will defy God and claim to be God himself (Rev. 13:6; 2Th. 2:3-4;
Dan. 7:25; 8:25; 11:36-39).
15.
He will make war on the Jews and Christian and multitudes will be
killed by him (Rev. 13:7, 13:15; 7:9-17; 14:13; 15:2-4; 20:4-6; Dan.
7:21; 8:23-25).
16.
He will be given power over all nations inside the 10 kingdoms of the
old Roman Empire territory (Rev. 13:7; Dan. 7:23-24; 8:23-25;
11:36-45).
17.
He will be worshiped as God (Rev. 13:8, 13:14-18; 14:9-11; 20:4-6).
18.
He will have a religious leader in the false prophet of Rev.
13:11-17; 16:13-16; 19:20; 20:10.
19.
He will permit image worship of himself (Rev. 13:14-17; 14:9; 15:2;
20:4-6).
20.
He will cause the mark or emblem of his kingdom, or his name, or the
number of his name to be branded upon the right hand or forehead of
his followers (Rev. 13:16-18; 14:9-11; 15:2; 16:2; 20:4-6).
and
saw a... Both Daniel and John also saw political systems and leaders
that they described using the term "Beast". John sees this
beast coming up "out of the sea." This beast is a Gentile
leader of a Gentile system. John didn't call it a beast because it
was a Gentile. He called it a beast because It comes up out of the
sea of "nations".
In
Daniel Chapter 7, the prophet records a dream that he had in which he
saw the rise and fall of four gentile world empires. Each was
characterized as a beast coming from the sea of nations. So, the
beast from the sea is the political part of the Antichrist's system.
Satan is a counterfeiter. So he has an "unholy trinity"
that consists of himself (Satan), the Antichrist (the political,
beast), and the false prophet, (the religious, beast).
The sea here represents the Gentile nations of the world, from which this beast comes. The beast is the Antichrist, the false messiah (Matt. 24:5, 24: 1 John 2:18). He is the final Gentile world ruler, also known as the "little horn" (Dan. 7:8, 20-21, 24-25), the willful king (Dan. 11:36), the coming prince (Dan 9:26), and the man of sin (2 Thess. 2:3).
This "sea" means large numbers of people. One writer says unstable nations of peoples. This beast has to do with the powers of this earth opposed to Christendom. Whether John or the dragon stood on the edge of the sea is not material, since we are distinctly told that the ten-horned beast rose from the sea.
These "heads" show dominion. We have said before that "ten" has to do with world government and "horns" show power. We know then that this has something to do with world government and rulers of that. "Crowns" show dominion. This "blasphemy" denies the true God. It doesn't matter who the "I" is here, but it is probably John.
We see a terrible vicious world power. I believe this "ten" here is the ten common market nations which were formed from the old Roman empire. The old Roman empire has been reestablished in the ten common market nations. The sad thing is, that it appears, the power that this group has is from the evil one.
It is not difficult to understand where their power comes from. "Upon his heads the name of blasphemy". This beast has the ten horns of power. This is the personification of what Satan does with this world power. The personification of evil when it takes over governments and people who are heads of these governments.

The Sixth Personage: The Beast Out Of The Sea (Rev. 13:1-10)
The
beast out of the sea introduced (Rev. 13:1-2)
Rev.
13:1-18 presents a most important personage of the end time — a
beast coming out of the sea. His 10 horns and 7 heads, with 10 crowns
on his horns, depict the revived Roman Empire, which was also
represented by the fourth beast of Daniel, which also had 10 horns
(Dan. 7:7-8; cf. Rev. 13:3; 17:3, 17:7). In Rev. 13:1-18 and Rev.
17:1-18 the beast is the world ruler, whereas in Dan. 7:1-28 the
little horn on the beast was the world ruler.
The
fact that the beast comes out from the sea indicates that he is a
Gentile, for the sea of humanity is involved as his source (cf. Rev.
17:15).
Many
have said that the beast refers to some character in past history,
but the context clearly refers to the final three and one-half years
before Christ’s second coming. Under the control of this central
ruler in the Middle East during the Great Tribulation will be 10
nations (cf. Dan. 7:24, “The 10 horns are 10 kings”).
