My Sheep Hear My Voice- Rev. 14:16

My Sheep Hear My Voice- Rev. 14:16

Before Jesus was crucified He told the disciples to watch and pray, something so simple, but they let their physical bodies take over and they fell back asleep. In these last hours of time you need to hear His voice. When He tells you something, it is very important, but most ignore my voice or just discuss it and go on with what they were doing. You will see many things start to happen shortly and if you do not hear and obey His voice,... it will mean death for some of you....Jesus has only your best interest in mind. Christ knows you heart, and if you are truly His you will hear His voice. He awakes many of you at 3am on the dot, but most will roll over and go back to sleep. There are a few who will get up and pray. Your day is filled with so many things and Jesus is the last thing many of you give your time to. But Christ needs to talk to you,... to fellowship with you and only when you are still and quite (3am) can you hear Him,... the rest of your day is so busy you do not have time for Him,... but you need to make time, for time is short and the Lord has instructions for you.

The Harvest of the Earth: Armageddon

And he that sat on the cloud thrust in his sickle on the earth; and the earth was reaped” Rev. 14:16
he that set... This is Christ, the Messiah. The cloud relates to Christ's second coming.
Remember when he ascended, the angels told those watching that he would return the same way as he left? He disappeared into a white cloud.
The crown pictures Him as the ruler of the earth, and the sickle symbolizes judgment as an instrument of the harvest. The time has come to finish the judgment of the earth. The second coming of Christ includes more judgment.
and the earth... To reap and harvest the earth is to judge and punish its people. And so the earth was reaped.
The angel swung his sickle on the earth, gathered its grapes and threw them into the great winepress of God's wrath. They were trampled in the winepress outside the city, and blood flowed out of the press, rising as high as the horses' bridles for a distance of 1,600 furlongs or 200 miles.
The last 3 verses above show that the time is right and the Judge of all the earth is to harvest both the good and the bad through these versus. This will be the judgment of the Goats and Sheep.

This “harvest of the earth” will not be the above martyrs who”die in the Lord.” This is entirely a different message. The one above pictures the martyrs who will die for the sake of Christ, while this pictures those who will die for the sake of the Antichrist at Armageddon. John saw the Son of Man (Christ) sitting on a cloud, which is associated with His coming to the earth, Rev. 1:7; 10:1,2; Mt. 24:27-31; Acts 1:9-11. This passage reminds us of the parables of the wheat, tares, and dragnet (Mt. 13:24-30, 36-43, 47-50) and certainly is a reference to the same future time as a comparison will reveal. This is the last occurrence of the title “Son of man.” There are several reasons why this harvest pictures Armageddon and not the tribulation martyrs as is often thought:

  1. The Son of man” is to reap this harvest as seen in the above verses.
  2. Here Christ has a “golden crown” which indicates kingship and a kingdom. He will receive the kingdom from the Father at the second advent, Rev. 19:12; Dan. 7:13,14. This shows that the passage is parenthetical and will not be fulfilled until Armageddon.
  3. The harvest will not be reaped until after the fall of Babylon, as announced by the second messenger angel, and fulfilled under the seventh vial, Rev. 16:17-21.
  4. The “sharp sickle” is the same as that mentioned in Joel 3:9-14 in picturing the destruction of the hosts of Armageddon.
  5. The expression, “time is come for thee to reap,” shows Christ has delayed reaping and that now the time is approaching for Him to take vengeance on them which dwell on the earth, as foretold by the prophets in connection with Armageddon, Isa. 34:8; 59:17; 61:2; 63:4; Jer. 46:9,10; 2 Thes. 1:8. Therefore, martyrs cannot be the thought of the vision. In obedience to the cry of the angel, Christ will thrust in His sickle into the earth and reap, as stated in the above passages.
