Rules for Levitical Priests
They shall enter into my sanctuary, and they shall come near to my table, to minister unto me, and they shall keep my charge. Eze 44:16
They shall enter... This group of priests and High Priest, that had not sinned, is welcomed into the sanctuary.
shall come near... They have clean hands and a pure heart. Notice that they minister to God.
This table is the altar of burnt offering.
So they will be restored to their position of honor. They are… to offer sacrifices (Eze. 44:15) and they alone are to enter the sanctuary and minister there. These priests will serve as mediators between Israel and her God in much the same way as did the priests in Old Testament times.
