The Inner Temple
Now the building that was before the separate place at the end toward the west was seventy cubits broad; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick round about, and the length thereof ninety cubits. Eze 41:12

This could not be the temple itself, but another building beyond the west wall of the temple, in the first square of 500 cubits—a place which, like the one back of Solomon’s temple, could be used for refuse, sweepings, all kinds of rubbish and anything rejected in the service of the temple. It is called "the separate place" in Eze. 41:12-15; 42:1, 42:10-13. This was a third 100-cubit (175 feet) space; all three were in line with one another—the first being where the altar was located, the second being the temple site, and the third (back of the temple) being the separate place. This building measured 70 cubits (122 feet 6 inches) by 90 cubits (157 feet 6 inches) with a wall all the way around which made it 80 by 100 cubits (140 feet by 175 feet; Eze. 41:12-15). The 100 cubits ran east to west and the 80 cubits north to south. The walls were 5 cubits (8 feet 9 inches) thick, the same as the thickness of the room walls of the temple area (Eze. 41:9, 41:12). This left a space of 20 cubits in this third 100-cubit square, which would make 10 cubits (17 feet 6 inches) on each side of the building running east and west. The total for the 3 squares was 100 by 300 cubits (175 feet by 525 feet) for the altar, temple, and this extra building or the separate place (Eze. 41:12-15; 41:1-26:47).
seventy cubits broad... This would be 122 feet 6 inches.
five cubits thick... This would be 8 feet 9 inches.
thereof ninety cubits... This would be 157 feet 6 inches.
the end towards... Beyond the western end of the temple proper was a distinct building with space that serves the temple, possibly housing supplies.
This separate place was 122 feet 6 inches broad and 175 feet long. The walls around it were 8 feet 9 inches thick. The length plus the thickness of the walls was 150 feet. This, including the width of the wall, was 120 feet broad.
Ezekiel then recorded the overall dimensions of the temple proper (Eze. 41:12-15) and described its decorations and furnishings (Eze. 41:16-26). Immediately west of the temple was a structure described as the building facing the temple courtyard on the west side (Eze. 41:12). The function of this building is not explained. The temple was 122 feet 6 inches wide and 175 feet (100 cubits) long.
