My Sheep Hear My Voice- Rev. 19:17

My Sheep Hear My Voice- Rev. 19:17

Before Jesus was crucified He told the disciples to watch and pray, something so simple, but they let their physical bodies take over and they fell back asleep. In these last hours of time you need to hear His voice. When He tells you something, it is very important, but most ignore my voice or just discuss it and go on with what they were doing. You will see many things start to happen shortly and if you do not hear and obey His voice,... it will mean death for some of you....Jesus has only your best interest in mind. Christ knows you heart, and if you are truly His you will hear His voice. He awakes many of you at 3am on the dot, but most will roll over and go back to sleep. There are a few who will get up and pray. Your day is filled with so many things and Jesus is the last thing many of you give your time to. But Christ needs to talk to you,... to fellowship with you and only when you are still and quite (3am) can you hear Him,... the rest of your day is so busy you do not have time for Him,... but you need to make time, for time is short and the Lord has instructions for you.

The Second Coming of Christ

    The Invited Guests

And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God; Rev 19:17

saying to all... An angel speaking in a loud voice invites all of the birds to feed on the results of the carnage which will shortly take place. This angel is declaring Christ's victory before the battle even begins. A similar passage is found (in Luke 17:37) stating: wherever the corpse is, there the eagles (vultures), will gather.

The Supper of the Great God

the supper of... The supper of the great God:
1. The invited guests (Rev. 19:17; Mat. 24:28; Luke 17:34-37; Eze. 39:17-21)
2. The supper foretold (Rev. 19:18; Mat. 24:28; Luke 17:37; Isa. 34:3; Eze. 39:17)
3. The supper gathered (Rev. 19:19; 14:14-20; 16:13-16; 17:14; Eze. 38-39; Zec. 14:2)
4. The supper slain and prepared (Rev. 19:20-21; 14:14-20; Isa. 34:1-17; 63:1-7; Eze. 38-39; Joel 3:1-21; Zec. 14:1-21)
5. The supper eaten (Rev. 19:21; Mat. 24:28; Luke 17:37; Eze. 39:17-21)
Also, called “the war of the great day of God, the Almighty” (16:14). It will begin with an angel summoning birds to feed on the corpses of those who will be slain (compare Matt. 24:27-28). God will declare His victory before the battle even begins. The Old Testament frequently pictures the indignity of carrion birds feasting on human dead (Deut. 28:26; Psalm 79:2; Isa. 18:6; Jer. 7:33; 16:4; 19:7; 34:20; Ezek. 29:5).
This "supper" that this speaks of, will be right after the battle of Armageddon. Some people believe the birds are gathering in Israel now for the feast.
the great God... As if the great God were about to give you a feast, to wit, the carcasses of those slain. It is called "his supper" because he gives it; and the image is merely that there would be a great slaughter of his foes, as is specified in the following verse.

The Destruction Of The Wicked (Rev. 19:17-21)

The armies of earth are no match for the armies from heaven. The sharp sword in Christ’s mouth (Rev. 19:15) is symbolic of His authoritative Word of command that destroys earth’s armies by divine power. Millions of men and their horses will be destroyed instantly. In keeping with this, John recorded that he saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all flying birds to gather together for the great supper of God to eat the carcasses of kings, generals, horsemen, and all people slain by Christ.

This title is found in Rev. 19:17. In Rev. 16:14 it is called “the battle of that great day of God almighty.” God is to make a great supper for certain created beings. The supper will be closely related to the second coming of Christ and will be necessary to cleanse the land of all refuse of the battle of Armageddon.
