with a way before them; like the appearance of the chambers which were toward the north, as long as they, and as broad as they, with all their goings out, and according to their fashions; and as their doors, Eze 42:11
like the appearance... The chambers or rooms at all the entrances were the same as those already described in Eze. 41:1-26 (42:9-12).
All of the chambers were the same size. There was the 1-1/2 foot offset for these chambers, as well as the others we have read about. The walkway was in the front of them.
These rooms were three stories high, with the rooms on the third level being narrower than those on the first and second floors (Eze. 42:3-6).
