This Great Sacrifice
And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you. Eze. 39:19
shall eat fat... Again, this is speaking of this as a very large killing ground. It seems there is no limit to how full the vultures will be. This is like a sacrifice from God to the birds and beasts.
In addressing the birds and animals God said that at this great sacrifice they will eat flesh and drink blood… as if they were… fattened animals from Bashan. Bashan, east and northeast of the Sea of Kinnereth (later the Sea of Galilee) was known for its fertile land and fat cows (cf. Amos 4:1).
