The Lord Will Restore Israel
Ezekiel 39:25 "Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Now will I bring again the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, and will be jealous for my holy name;"
Now... (after Armageddon and at the 2nd advent of Christ) will I bring the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel, that is, those of all the 13 tribes that have not yet been gathered from all the nations. (Eze. 39:25-29; 37:1-28; Isa. 11:10-12; Mat. 24:31).
When Jacob is mentioned, it is speaking of the 13 tribes of Israel. This is a time, when the tribes will be reunited, and Israel is forgiven of God, and accepted back as His wife.
The defeat of Gog will also hasten God’s plans to restore the other Israelites from other nations. Eze. 39:25-29 look ahead to the end of the Tribulation when God will restore the nation from her final dispersion. God will… bring Jacob back from captivity and will have compassion on all the people of Israel.
