The
Division of the Land
And
they shall not sell of it, neither exchange, nor alienate the
firstfruits of the land: for it
is
holy unto the LORD. Eze. 48:14
they
shall not...
The
priests and Levites will not be able to sell any part of their
portions of the holy oblation to any one of the other tribes, or to
Gentiles.
This
land was in the hands of the people, but it was not theirs to sell.
It really belonged to God. This land was holy unto the LORD, because
it was an oblation, and the presence of God was here.
