My Sheep Hear My Voice- Rev. 21:16

My Sheep Hear My Voice- Rev. 21:16

Before Jesus was crucified He told the disciples to watch and pray, something so simple, but they let their physical bodies take over and they fell back asleep. In these last hours of time you need to hear His voice. When He tells you something, it is very important, but most ignore my voice or just discuss it and go on with what they were doing. You will see many things start to happen shortly and if you do not hear and obey His voice,... it will mean death for some of you....Jesus has only your best interest in mind. Christ knows you heart, and if you are truly His you will hear His voice. He awakes many of you at 3am on the dot, but most will roll over and go back to sleep. There are a few who will get up and pray. Your day is filled with so many things and Jesus is the last thing many of you give your time to. But Christ needs to talk to you,... to fellowship with you and only when you are still and quite (3am) can you hear Him,... the rest of your day is so busy you do not have time for Him,... but you need to make time, for time is short and the Lord has instructions for you.

Revelation 21

The Wall, Gates, and Foundations of the New Jerusalem

And the city lieth foursquare, and the length is as large as the breadth: and he measured the city with the reed, twelve thousand furlongs. The length and the breadth and the height of it are equal. Rev. 21:16

twelve thousand furlongs... 1,500 mi. square. This would be about two million square miles of ground space, offering plenty of room for all the glorified saints to live.

city lies foursquare... The size of this city indicates that each border is approximately fifteen hundred miles long. Thus, the dimensions of the city would be equal to the area from the eastern seaboard of the United States to Colorado on one side and from the Canadian border to the southern tip of Florida on the other.
In addition to the length and breadth, the city will be fifteen hundred miles high. This great size will afford sufficient space for the habitation of the saints from all ages of history.
length and the... The city has the symmetrical dimensions like a cube, which parallels its closest earthly counterpart, the inner sanctuary in the tabernacle and temple (compare 1 Kings 6:20).
We see here that this city is like a cube. Twelve thousand furlongs is 1500 miles. This city is 1500 miles square and 1500 miles high.

An angel measured the city with a measuring rod of gold, about 12 1/2 feet in length. The city is 12,000 stadia in length and width, approximately 1,500 miles on each side. Tremendous as is the dimension of the city, the amazing fact is that it is also 1,500 miles high.

Commentators differ as to whether the city is a cube or a mountain. The descriptions seem to favor the mountain form. It lies foursquare. The length, breadth, and height of it are equal, being 12,000 furlongs or 1,500 miles. Best understood to mean that the base of the city lies on the earth, with all four sides equal, and from the base it towers as a mountain peak to the same height as the measure of the length of the base of the city. If we conceive of the mansions as having multiple stories , it is clearly evident the billions of persons could live in this one city.
